Cold-formulated skincare
Formulated cold.
Held stable.
Heat is what degrades a cosmetic active between the vessel and your shelf. We compound and fill at low temperature, and print the fill date on every pack — so what is on the label is what is in the bottle.

The premise
Most actives are compounded warm, because warm is faster.
Warm is also what breaks them. L-ascorbic acid oxidises. Retinal degrades. Peptide chains hydrolyse. The orange bottle at the back of your cabinet is that process, finished — and for a lot of products it started in the mixing vessel, weeks before you opened anything.
Sorex compounds and fills at low temperature, packs the fragile formulas under nitrogen in opaque airless pumps, and prints the fill date on the base. It is slower and it costs more. It is also the only part of this that decides whether a 15% vitamin C is still a 15% vitamin C when it reaches you.

Compounding
The 2000 concentrates are built in a jacketed cold vessel rather than a heated one.
N₂
Headspace
Oxygen-sensitive formulas are blanketed with nitrogen at fill and sealed in airless pumps.

To dispatch
Nothing sits in a warehouse for a year. Check the fill date on the base against the day it lands.

The index
Every product is a number, and the number tells you where it goes in a routine.
Nine series, ordered by the step they belong to. Cleanse is 1000. The actives are 2000. It is on the pack, on the invoice, and it is what our support team will ask you for.
| Series | Name | What it is | Products |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1000 | Cleanse & Prep | Washes, milks, waters and essences that clear the surface without stripping it. | 5 |
| 2000 | Concentrates | The actives, dosed and disclosed. This is the series the cold fill exists for. | 8 |
| 3000 | Hydrate | Creams, balms and gel-creams that seal a routine and hold it through the day. | 5 |
| 4000 | Eye & Lip | Dosed for the thinnest skin on the face, where everything shows first. | 3 |
| 5000 | Resurface & Masks | Weekly steps — acids, enzymes, clay and overnight recovery. Used sparingly on purpose. | 4 |
| 6000 | Daylight | Broad-spectrum sunscreen light enough that you will actually wear it. | 2 |
| 7000 | Body | The same formulation standard, scaled for everything below the jaw. | 2 |
| 8000 | Minis & Discovery | Travel sizes and samples, for trying a formula before committing to it. | 2 |
| 9000 | Regimens | Pre-built routines. Every regimen is priced below the sum of its parts. | 4 |

What you are actually buying
Disclosure, in a category built on not disclosing.
Every active, with its percentage
On the pack and on the page. “Contains peptides” is not a dose, and a formula that will not tell you its numbers is usually telling you something.

Complete INCI on every product page, not folded inside the carton where you find it after paying.
What each product is wrong for
Every page says who should not buy it. We would rather lose the order than have you find out in the mirror.

Pre-built routines, sequenced so the actives do not collide
Ascorbic and azelaic in the same step gets you the irritation of both and the benefit of neither. Split across morning and evening they compound. That sequencing is most of what a regimen is for.
Before you order
Three things worth knowing
None of this is buried in the terms. It is here because it is the part people find out too late.

- One charge, never a subscription
- Every order is a single one-time purchase in USD. There is no auto-refill, no membership and no trial that converts. We will not charge your card again unless you place another order.
- 30 days, opened or not
- Skincare cannot be judged sealed. Return anything within thirty days for a full refund, no restocking fee and no explanation required. Return shipping is on us.
